In the 1860s, John Greenwood ran a tavern at Queen and Greenwood. When he was accused of running a “disorderly house” for selling liquor on Sundays, he responded by renaming it The Puritan and hanging a sign of a cat in a noose. Subtlety was not exactly his strong point.

A bit much, even then.

A solid bar soap made using the traditional cold process method. Smooth to use, with a steady lather and a clean rinse.

Only the good stuff: biodegradable, vegan, and cruelty-free.
