Our soaps are made with mild, low-irritation surfactants and are suitable for most people with sensitive or dry hands. That said, everyone’s skin is different. if you have known sensitivities, we always recommend a patch test first.

We skip ingredients that are overly harsh on the environment, on hands and skin, or commonly associated with irritation.

Yes. Our products are lightly scented, using essential oils or carefully selected fragrance blends, refined for each product. Scents are designed to be fresh and subtle, not overpowering.

Each scent is named after a Toronto street and inspired by the neighbourhoods we live in and love. Some are familiar, some a little unexpected, each with its own personality and quiet sense of humour.

Yes. We package our products in refillable glass bottles whenever possible and keep our packaging simple. The goal is to create products you’re happy to keep around, and reuse. 1 litre refill packs are also available in our online shop.

Yes. Our products are vegan and are not tested on animals. We also take care to source ingredients from suppliers who share these values, so cruelty-free and vegan standards apply at every stage.

All our products are made in small batches right here in the Davenport neighbourhood of Toronto.
